The Nebraska Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) is located in the third floor of Wittson Hall. Among other processes used in the identification of microorganism, Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) sequence based method is one that is used in the identification of mycobacterium. Members associated with this project are: Peter C Iwen, Steven Hinrichs, Tony Symbol and Tricia A Aden.
